Refund & Return Policy

At Kira Kira, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines our guidelines to protect both our customers and our business.


NO REFUNDS – NO EXCEPTIONS

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Store credit only will be issued for approved returns that meet the criteria outlined below. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY & STORE CREDIT

To qualify for store credit, all returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags (including hangtags) attached.
  • Items must be free of damage, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Final Sale items
    • Bodysuits
    • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, packed inside a protective shipping box.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria, including returns that show signs of wear, tampering, or damage.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


RETURN PROCESS

If your item meets the return criteria, follow the steps below:

  1. Securely pack your item in its original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Include your original invoice or a note with your order number, billing name, address, and reason for return.
  3. Clearly write the Reason for Return on the back of the invoice.
  4. Ship the return package to the address below:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Once processed, you will receive an email with your store credit details.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 business days of shipping, please contact us at info@shoppingkirakira.com.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Kira Kira is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you are concerned about the security of your delivery, we recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery address.
  • Requesting signature confirmation at checkout, if available.

CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to our No Refunds, No Cancellations policy. Chargebacks or disputes filed in violation of this policy will be contested with evidence of your acceptance of these terms at checkout. ORDER VERIFICATION

For security purposes, Kira Kira reserves the right to request additional verification on high-value orders or orders flagged as potentially fraudulent. We also reserve the right to cancel any order and issue store credit in cases of suspected fraud.
